Constructed by Echauri Morales, this Casa quince house has something that will pinch your cheeks and the puts smile on your face when seeing the house. This house is located in Jalisco, Mexico. The house is like the epitome of minimalistic style as well as for modern housing. The house is constructed by steel, wood, as well as glass which show the true meaning of minimalistic and modernity. The face of the house has common box shaped modern house but with the combination of brown and white colors. This is where the minimalistic feeling comes from since brown and white are the colors that don’t have festive atmosphere.
Not only the structure of the house itself which is planned and constructed really well by the designer, but also the front yard where you can see such a good landscaping style with a little green and grassy part of the yard with addition of two he natural rocks. So, the designer really concerned not only about the house itself but also the yard. When getting inside the house we will find such spacious and airy living space where we can live happily and enjoy the day or relaxing after an exhausting day of work. The colors that dominate the interior design of the house are mostly white and a little bit brown. The open space style also makes the house surrounded by glass wall, which then makes the house look spacy.
The living room is simple and sleek with colorful choice of the sofas. The kitchen is a little bit different since the designer chose blue matte color as the dominant color inside the kitchen. The house has two levels, and at the 2nd level you can find the “glassy” style applied by the designer in order to emphasize the modern style.
